Orkney’s grandfather, Oktavian of Ashdwell – DE 0532159803, was the German Federal Champion in the breed show 1997 and a full brother to the Champion in the Green Week Berlin 1998.Oktavian himself and his father are both in the “Top Lists” of the Federal Association of German beef cattle breeders and – Halter eV.

Oktavian has a top rating of 9/8/8/ and a breeding index of 131. Two of his sons, namely Osborn 3rd of Eifgental and Othello of Eifgental, were sold first in Germany breed Highland Cattle bulls to Scotland.

Osborn 3rd of Eifgental was awared on the 110nd. Spring Show and Sale at Oban, 2001, in Scotland with a First Class Prize as Best Senior Bull.
