HCR CAILEAN’s pedigree shows numerous qualitative predecessors.

His father, Connery Ruadh v. Augustenhof, young champion 2011 in St. Donat/Austria, Austrian champion 2011 in Ried/Austria, as well as reserve champion at the International Virtual Show 2012, is, despite his young age, father of several champions (male and female).

CAILEAN’s grand-father, the famous Ceannard 4^th of Glengorm, is without a doubt, a reproducer of exceptional quality. As a champion of several occasions, he is the father of the Champion from Finland, the Champion of Austria, as well as father of a further growing number of champions in all categories.

Ceannard, son of MAIRINA 4^th of Glengorm, one of the most outstanding mothercows of Glengorm Fold. Mairina 4th’s pedigree traces back to Mairina of Douneside, champion of Oban 1968. The whole family of the “Mairinas” has always been known for high fertility, model and longevity.

Prue v. Langen Zaun, mother of Connery, is a remarquable cow, reserve champion at the German championship in 2003, as well as supreme champion at the age of 10 at the Worldwide Virtual Show 2011, she has given birth to many calves of high quality. Prue’s pedigree includes, beneath further, traces of blood of the Grand Brogach 1^st of Austie, Male Champion at the Royal Highland Show in 1998.

From his mother’s side, HCR CAILEAN is combining his excellent Canadian blood with precious Scottish blood, which turns him even more interesting. His mother, HCR VELMA, deep, wide and high type, is a daughter of CUPIDO  vom Knausserwald, a champion and a father of champions.

The grand-father of Velma is the legendary DU BOISE LE COQ – CHAMPION of approbation in Quebec, Grand Champion of Wisconsin, Grand Champion Bull at Badgar State Highland Classic. The list of highly awarded descendants of Du Boise Le Coq is endless, which turns this black bull into one of the main bulls of the current Canadian Highland Cattle race.
